Chicken and Asparagus Risotto; a traditional, Italian rice dish known for its creamy texture and layers of tangy cheese taste brought even more to life with sautéed , boneless chicken and lemon peppered asparagus


Chicken Pesto: creamy, basil pesto tossed with sautéed chicken, fresh & sun-dried tomatoes with penne pasta


Marinated London Broil: large, choice cut of beef marinated and tenderized by fruit juices, aged vinegars, garlic, onions, and herbs; carved to order

Stuffed Boneless Chicken: Roasted, boneless chicken filled with Italian cheeses, sun dried tomatoes, herbs and bacon; topped with more cheese and browned; sliced on the bias


Spinach Lasagna: layers of pasta, four kinds of artisan cheeses, fresh spinach, and marinara

Meat Lasagna: layers of pasta, four kinds of cheese, Italian sausage, ground beef, and marinara


Stuffed Pork Loin: choice grade boneless pork loin, stuffed with Italian meats, fresh herbs, and various cheeses; browned & basted with a tangy, fruit juice, blended sauce


Pasta with Large Meatballs or Italian Sausage; pasta shape of choice (penne, spaghetti, or bowtie) with either large meatballs or sweet or spicy Italian sausage


BBQ Chicken; marinated bone-in chicken coated with a thick, tangy, and slightly spiced sauce.

BBQ Ribs: full racks of ribs soaked in a medley of apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, & spices then grilled to caramelize the flavors & coated with thick, tangy BBQ sauce


All above selections may be served with garlic bread and either Caesar or Garden Green salad

Carved Tri-Tip Beef Roast; choice graded tri-tip beef roasts flavored with a peppery, dry rub and then grilled & basted with a garlic infused olive oil, apple cider vinegar & spice blend


Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast boneless chicken breast marinated in fruit juices, aged vinegars and spices flashed grilled to maintain juices


Rosemary Lemon Herbed Chicken: roasted boneless chicken breast seasoned with fresh rosemary, lemon zest, garlic, and herbs. Very aromatic and tantalizing to the senses!


Grilled Salmon Steaks with a side of smoked tomato salsa

Herb Crusted Cod; flaky white fish with a savory, local lemon citrus herb crust


Grilled Mahi Mahi; flash seared with aged vinegars, lemon, & garlic


Assorted Chicken and Tender Beef Kebobs; grilled, marinated meats with seasonal vegetables & fruits, such as pineapple, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, & mushrooms on bamboo skewers. (Skewers assorted w/ all meat & all vegetables)


Stuffed Cornish Game Hens: ½ Cornish hens on a bed of savory, cornbread stuffing; roasted to a golden brown with fresh herbs & a brushed, lemon marinade


Shrimp Alfredo; large, tiger shrimp sautéed and then tossed in a creamy, white, parmesan cheese sauce with penne pasta


Stuffed Prawns with a lump crab meat stuffing


Shrimp Scampi; shrimp in a white wine, garlic, and fresh herbs sauce over linguini

Roasted Prime Rib; choice graded boneless prime rib roast seasoned with whole garlic cloves in the meat, rubbed with seasonings, and slow roasted to order. Served freshly carved to order


Bacon wrapped Filets Mignon: choice cut Filet Mignon seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground pepper; wrapped in thick cut hickory bacon to maintain juices; flash grilled to order


Roasted wild Halibut fillets served with a mango chutney sauce; wild fillets of halibut seasoned with fresh lemon zest & spices not too over power the tenderness of the fish and served with a tangy,freshly made mango chutney sauce
